Hi, I’m Justin

I am a B.S. in Exercise Science, CrossFit Coach (CFL2), and WAG Certified Nutrition Coach looking to support you in your fitness and health goals.

I found CrossFit in high school and was quickly humbled by the hard work that was required to get better. After learning to check my ego at the door, I fell in love with the process of improving and wanted to help others do the same. At 17 I got my L1 and found myself coaching at 18 as I started work on my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Vermont.

Recently I decided to take a step to further my education and broaden my coaching knowledge by getting my Working Against Gravity Nutrition Coaching Certification. I quickly found that the years of textbook knowledge could be applied if I had the right tools!


My Approach

Everyone is different. Even though general rules and principles don’t exclude anyone, no two people are identical and this should be reflected in your fitness and nutrition journey’s. I believe that consistency is the only way to success and will work with you to find the program that you can follow consistently!


MY EXPERIENCE

I have been working as a CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer for the past 4 years. I have worked with a huge range of individuals from 8 year olds to 86 year olds (YES 86, and the cutest married couple I know!).

I worked with a mental health treatment facility to help bring movement into the lives of individuals struggling with a variety of mental health diagnoses. There have been several athletes that I worked with through injuries to keep them moving towards their goals while they heal. I also have some experience working with people with a variety of disabilities.

Before coaching CrossFit I was a martial artist and taught kids karate classes for all of high school. I love the challenge of working with new people and finding creative solutions to get and keep my clients moving.
